Retreat in Palm Springs :
We stayed at Marriott Time Share and we had a very Good Time. We arrived on Friday at about 3PM .Temperatures were in three digits but the air conditioned rooms with a golf view and Palm trees all around didn’t make us think any of that! We had a very good dinner prepared by Mihaela Galev and Luci Dumitrascu .(they worked all the time in the kitchen and even made us romanian soup on saturday!) May God bless them and keep them !
On Saturday we open the day with prayers of thanksgiving that filled our hearts! After a day of free time for everyone:like shopping, to the pool, or even visiting some nice places we gather for our pictures on the lawn and at the main fountain . Later we had dinner at Applebees (Which was just ok: for some, better than others considering The price we paid!)
Night life was fun ! Movies,popcorn, ice cream and lots of snores!
We couldn’t say goodbye on Sunday without our bible study that was filled by lots of shared experiences and lots of tears we shed listening to some of the sisters in our group! What would be a womens’ retreat without talks and tears? This retreat made us draw closer to Our Lord Jesus Christ and to one another! May He be praised for all He is done for us all!
We thank all our sisters and brothers (OF course!!!!) for making this happen!
